Your Ideal Job in Pokemon Cyrus

First off you need to obtain a job right away, it's always good to get a head start on these things for you will come to see there is alot of grinding to do. To get a job in the game simply go to the pokemon center walk up to the counter, a menu will pop up with four buttons click the one that says reset job, (this doesnt really mean reset cuz lets face it you dont have one yet and only applies to people who have beaten the second gym). There are 4 talents to specialize in for every job in the game, (except for cardmaster) ,after clicking reset job another menu pops up with a list of all the jobs you can get and they are as follows;

JOB 1. Breeder~~ Breeders gain an exp boost while fighting wild pokemon in the grass and they are also able to randomly obtain berries from battles with wild pokemon.

~~Talents~~

1.After wild battle there is 4 x skill % chance to find a random berry. 0/20 level
2.Pokemon gum restores 1 x skill % PP of 1 move. 0/5 level
3.Consumes any berry to recover any status alignment 0/1 level
4. 2 x skill % More exp from wild battles.

This is the first job and recommended for new players all the way!

JOB 2.Explorer~~ Explorers gain the ability to earn a discount on spinarak travel, encounter rates decreased, increased chance to catch wild pokemon, as well as increased Zeny from battles.

~~Talents~~

1.Spinarak Travel Discount 5 x skill % 0/5 level
2.Pokemon encounter rate 4 x skill 0/10 level
3.Increased catch rate by 2 x skill % 0/15 level
4.Increased Zeny after wild battles skill x 1 0/5 level

This could be a good job to have after you beat the first gym

JOB 3.Ninja~~Ninjas have the ability to see wild pokemons stats in battle, have an increased chance to flee, after the 8th gym they have the ability to not encounter wild pokemon at night, and extra exp earned when fighting dark or ghost pokemon.

~~Talents~~

1. skill x 10=% flee chance from battle 0/10 level
2. at level 10 ninja doesnt encounter pokemon at night (requires 8th badge) 0/10 level
3. at level 8 ninja can see wild pokemon stats 0/8 level
4. ninja gains skill x 5=% more exp from dark and ghost pokemon 0/4 level

JOB 4.Scientist~~ scientists gain more exp from battles while in caves, increased chance to find evolution stones in caves, allows them to buy a suit that is used to access the research facilities, as well as the ability to increase chances of finding higher level pokemon in caves.

~~Talents~

1. Exp boost in caves 2 x skill % 0/10 level
2. Level 10: allow the scientist to buy the suit used to access the research facility 0/10 level
3. Increases level of encountered cave pokemon by + 1 x skill 0/5 level
4. Chance to find any evolve stone by 0.09 x skill % chance in a cave 0/5 level

This job is recommended for advanced trainers mostly

JOB 5. Magician~~ They get a discount at the shops, additional exp with all pokemon, the ability to teleport anywhere on your screen with a psychic pokemon, and the ability to teach pokemon moves from previous levels.

~~Talents~~

1. Charmy Magic: discount at shops 3 x skill % 0/10 level
2. Additional exp 2 x skill points 0/10 level
3. Level 5: Teleport spaw. Level 10: Teleport to random person on a map. 0/10 level
4. Level 12: Allows pokemon to learn moves from previous levels 0/12 level


Again this job is more for advanced players that have gotten to know the game well enough to operate these functions.

JOB 6. Card Master~~ cardmaster gets a large increase in zeny after a battle is won, a discount at the shop, and at the 8th gym badge can teleport to any player for 1000 zeny.

1. skill / 2 Extra zeny from the battle 0/40 level
2. skill x 5 % cheaper items in a shop 0/5 level
3. at level 8 and 8th gym badge can teleport to any player for 1000 zeny 0/8 level

There is only 3 talents for this one making it somewhat ideal for pvp action and is recommended for pvpers/advanced players.

JOB 7. Ranger~~ This job doesnt exactly function properly and isnt recommended to get but I'll post the talents anyways to give you the idea of it.

~~Talents~~

1.Increases duel range by + skill points 0/10 level
2. Level 5: Non faction can enter Village of Rangers 0/5 level
3. + skill % damage on legendary gaurdians 0/10 level
4. Level 25: Legendary berry heals all pokemon you have with you 0/20 level


Like I said half of the talents work an the other half dont and is not recommended for anyone.

JOB 8. Mechanic~~ Another skill that only has one talent that functions, although they itnend on it having 5 talents so it has potential.

~~Talents~~

1.Level 10: Robot is accompanied with Magnezone 0/10 level
2. 2 x skill % Additional exp gained from fighting wild electric pokemon 0/8 level
3. Level 10: Robot accompanied while participating in Crew Wars 0/10 level
4. Level 5: Can craft various pokeballs 0/5 level
5. 2 x skill % Success rate of crafting ?unknown?
